Bora Offers

  • The Employee Welfare committee provides non-pay bonuses covering birthdays, National Labor’s Day, weddings and funerals. Annual travel allowance and employee club activities are also partially sponsored.  
  • Pension (applying to Taiwan sites only): Bora shall contribute 6% labor pension fund to individual labor pension account on a monthly basis since the day Bora applied Labor Standards Act. The payment standards for workers’ pension will be in accordance with Labor Pension Act or relevant laws in Taiwan.  
  • Flexible remote work schemes for international markets
